The staff and service there was excellent. Hotel is located right on the beach and the staff there was very helpful in arranging island tours for very little money. Will recomend this place to friends and family in the future. The only drawback for me was the brackish water they have there on the island which as I understand is normal for islanders, definately bring your own bottled water or requests filtered water from the staff, which they do provide free of charge...

The staff and service there was excellent. Hotel is located right on the beach and the staff there was very helpful in arranging island tours for very little money. Will recomend this place to friends and family in the future. 1) The staff is unpolite especially front desk people.
2) They are helpless coz when I have a small cut at the foot finger, I asked them to give me a band to potect it, They are just say the Philippines language then I'm waiting to them. I'm asking the people for the band. No answer. Until 15 mins, a guy to say the people no money so, he can't buy it. And, requested me to pay 10Peso for buying. I unbelived that one resort is no first aid kit!!! It is awful.
3) I saw the staff is smoking when he is on duty. What's going on this resort.
4) They show me the room is unacceptable, it is upper than reception. The curtain is dark red colour. Let me feel that very uncomfortable. But the cost is very high. Then, we are upgrade the room and pay more money also.
So, I very disappointed their service and their behaviours. No way again
