Family Deluxe room was decent sized: three doubles and a single, muli-leveled. Very clean. One of the best bathrooms that I saw in the Philippines. Basic furnishinings: TV, mini-fridge, phone. Early mornings could get a bit loud with the local dogs and chickens but everywhere in the Philippines seems to be like that. No real amenities like swimming pool etc.. but the lobby/restaurant area was very nice, all wood and stone. Nice place to relax. Nice landscaping. Taxis where within easy walking distance. Food was excellent and there was a good variety. Staff was very friendly and..

The service in the hotel was to a good standard. The staff were extremely well mannered and friendly. As we were in a cold spell there was a lack of heating in the hotel and in some areas (dining and reception) there were open doors and no windows. No heaters for the rooms so I would definitely not recommend an autumn/winter visit. The hotel is situated about 15 minutes drive from downtown Baguio which is a fascinating area especially around the market. The Filipinos are helpful and friendly and at no time did I feel at risk anywhere often while I was the only puti (white) around. Prices for food are cheap a meal for two with beer and pineapple juice being under £5/$10.
Useful kitchen sink drainer unit, comfortable chairs and table. Standard double bed. Corner site with two windows one with a balcony.
Food of good quality, cooked to order. Surprisingly good wine list and not expensive by western standards. Internet access available for £5/$10 for one hour.
Slight slip up on supply of towels one day which was quickly rectified, sheets on the beds were changed daily. Reception and porterage staff effiecient and friendly. Being out of town the location is quiet with the exception of the local cockerel. There is penty of greenery about with what looks like a wild marigold tree aound. Cabs available in a matter of minutes. They are very cheap.
Limited area although attractive alpine appearance. I recommend this hotel in warmer weather times o
