Staff was most helpful and respectful. They set up a tour bus with a wonderful bus driver who explained about the tour. Enjoyed it very much. The food we partook was delicious and well served. The hotel was clean and well taken cared of. I would recommend anyone to go there....

Being a frequent traveller, I would say that my stay at the El Ceilito is an excellent experience (esp the service staff - very friendly, approachable, helpful etc...This is very helpful when you are travelling alone, esp as a lady). As it is situated up the mountainous area, the standard is considered excellent though the condition of the hotel is a little bit 'old'.
