There were some plumbing problems while I was there. I went to take a shower one night and Black Water came out of all the Facusits. The Hotel Staff were Excellent but they made the best of what they had to work with. The Manager was kind enough to let me stay 3 hours after the official check out time because I had a late flight out of Bacolod. I would stay there again because it WAS good value for the money spent....

i stayed in the sugarland for over 3 weeks it was a complete nightmare. i was moved 4 times in that 3 weeks .the final straw came when my wife woke me up to tell me that a RAT was running around beside my 5 week old son. the whole hotel was disgusting. i'm going back to the philipinnes in november but i will not be staying at the sugarland. it was awful
