The hotel might have been fine except that there was no power for the entire morning of my stay. The included breakfast was therefore made up of bread and coffee, and I really can´t speak to any of the dining areas or other facilities since I could not see them. The location in the city center, however, is excellent if you only have a very short time to see Lima. And even when the power was out, there was still hot water.
