The reception desc at our arrival very low experience, very unpulied. The Barmen only has been serving lonly ladys fast. The breakfast redicules. You become for that money a full mail in a 4 star restaurant. There are many Hotels in Lima where you have a super service and quality of food. We ask for small snaks with the drinks, no nada niente.My reservation, calling the desk in Thailand has not been changed to 2 person, extra charge 15 $ for the breakfast. The only positive has been the chat with one of your staff member via E-Mail.
My wife and I never will stay again in this Hotel, I,m a FTL from KLM and my experience with Best in Scandinavia has been always exelent. There has been no explanation where about. The staff with no experience how to deal with B-Travellers. Breakfast redicules no choice ore good quality. You must have your one Lap-Top and be an expert to conect your self. Room to small, the noise from outside at 3 in the morning to laut and also the AIR-CON not working.
TV remote control brocken and low battery. Only the Hotel Taxi OK for other you must be hunting.
