Reception took a long time to copy and return passports. Internet in room didn't work, front desk would not summon technician to repair. Checked before booking and was assured no renovations would impact our stay, but soon after arrival they closed the pool for our entire stay! Paid a lot of money for little benefit. Bright spot was the well managed and accommodating 24 hour cafe.
