The worst hotel I have stayed in. Rooms wer edisgusting; the hotel had a really bad smell; and a disco played music until 3:00am in the morning. This hotel should be demolished.

It was close to a nice beach. The staff were friendly. However, cab drivers waiting around outside the main entrance were loud enough to be heard from the room I stayed in.

I have no words to explain my disappontment for the bad experience I got in your hotel in Muscat. I selected your one instead of Radisson because I would like to text a different chain of Hotels ( before the end of the year I'll be involved in several trips in the far east also.. ) I was forced to change the room after the first night but also the second one was very bad.. Your carpet was not clean. The power was not in use and I was not able to work with my PC. No international television channal ( only one indian and with the snow). Bed that was always no clean ( some was looking bloodstained ) !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!The kind of food was only indian ( not international ). Formaly the first brekfast was included in the price ... but you asked me to pay a cappuccino cup ...(Maybe Nobody informed you that the tipical italian breakfast is with cake or bread and marmellade with CAPPUCCINO ... ) Wifi system was on payment ... Pool was not available early morning and in the evening time when business manager could find a bit of relax ...The bathroom and the tub was broken !!! Walls were not clean at all !!!!!!!!! No service and juices in the frigo. If this is a 4 stars hotel ... this is not my problem any more. According to the Italian standards your hotels are around 1 stars and no more .....
