The staff was not friendly at all. They asked me my credit card whereas I had already paid through Hotel travel.
The room was kind of old.
They barely cleaned our room. They did not replaced what it was missing in the restroom (handkershieves, soap...).
The breakfast is at 7:00 am on weekends.
We had to leave early (7:00 am) to the airport on saturday. We asked them to prepare a small breakfast before 7:00 am or to let them enter the breakfast room 15 min. before their opening, they never accepted.
They also mentionned coffee and tea are provied in the lobby for free. That is right but until the evening. Then you have to go to their restaurant and to buy them.
I am very disappointed and will never stay in that hotel again.
