We had a lovely 30th wedding anniversary here. The hotel has acres of history behind it and is a quaint ixture of the old and the modern. The leisure centre is ultra modern and has great swimming pools, jacuzzis, saunas etc. Just be careful in the changing rooms if the tiles are wet - it is like an ice rink! It is very quiet at night and the beds are very comfortable. The food is terrific! ...
