Sloppy reception - nobody present when we arrived and we had to wait ten minutes before a receptionist turned up. In the meeantime the hotel lost three telephone calls. Room smelt so terrible we had to move room - hotel handled our complaint very professionally. Uninterested check-out receptionist - more focused on an email she had been writing than in checking us out. Took ages to get the invoice, and she forgot our room number several times and had to ask to be reminded. Overall impression - sloppy, which is as much a reflection on hotel's management as on the individuals in reception etc.
