Fine place to stay: the room was clean and tidy, and the staff was very friendly. Walking distance from very good restaurants and major shopping areas. Almost missed the train for not being awaken at the time requested, though. Will bring my alarm clock next time!...

1. The housekeeping was less responsive, eg. we should ask the housekeepr/recepsionist for the soap and they had given wrong shampoos (the two were conditioners) from the first day. It seems there was no check and recheck.
2. Check out cashier was confusing and did not fully understand what should do
3. The rooms was bad smelly when we came in the room on the first day. We suggest to spray air odonizer before we came to the hotel.
