The standard of this hotel and service from the staff was very good and dinner in the beautiful dining room was excellent. Unfortunately, the same could not be said for the breakfast. The decor/atmosphere in the breakfast area was not very inspiring and the "hot" buffet was cold. The various silver dishes containing the food were not heated in any way. A shame for such an obvious oversight to spoil an otherwise good stay....
