When we arrived for our 4 night stay, we were told that we had been up-graded as we were considered to be long staying customers! This was fine with us. The room was quite basic and I am so glad we had been up-graded, I don't know what the standard rooms must be like! The hotel is used by many tour companies and each night there were about 9 coach loads of visitors. This made it quite noisy early morning as they were all setting off for their next stop. The hotel is very colse to all the amenities in Rotorua, therefore, we used it mainly as a base to travel from. It was fine for this purpose.
