The location was excellent - right on Cathedral Square. The service we received was of a good standard, however our room wasn't available until 4.30pm which was rather late and not very welcome having driven for 5 hours to get there. Advertised check-in was 1pm. Not that it would put me off returning, but the Bell Boy was very rude and we couldn't help but think we were a complete inconvenience to him. All in all, a great location and nice surroundings.
