"This is a 5-Star hotel so naturally expectations would be high. They met our expectations. They were quick to respond to our requests. Room service was efficient. Food was good and rather big portions. Excellent location. 1min from Newmans Coach and right smack at Cathedral Square where all the shopping and good food are. We paid for a 5-Star stay and we got a 5-Star stay. "

"The location was excellent - right on Cathedral Square. The service we received was of a good standard, however our room wasn't available until 4.30pm which was rather late and not very welcome having driven for 5 hours to get there. Advertised check-in was 1pm. Not that it would put me off returning, but the Bell Boy was very rude and we couldn't help but think we were a complete inconvenience to him. All in all, a great location and nice surroundings."
