Bathroom modernised but room basic and dated, more like student accommodation than hotel room. Very noisy with building site and backpack hostel next door (ear plugs essential for a good night's sleep). No in-room safe and virtually no storage for clothing. Had to live out of my suitcase.

The room they booked us into was a huge room with another living room appended to the usual sleeping area. Obviously we were very pleased with it. The "King Size" bed was made up of 2 Twin Sized beds. Had heater for the beds. Internet service was expensive. This hotel could get us a Taxi at 4:30am with no extra midnight charges. It seems they have agreements with Taxi companies. Excellent location right smack at Cathedral Square. You get almost a 5-Star stay without paying a 5-Star price.
