"Excellent central location; you can walk pretty much anywhere. Room was very nice for the price. Clean, modern, well appointed. Did not notice any appreciable noise. Shower head not the best. Restaurant pricey so chose not to eat there. Bed was a little hard; bathroom could have been spruced up. We chose this hotel primarily for its location and it was a great central location for touring Aucklanld. Staff was fine; would have appreciated a few more smiles. I would recommend this hotel."
