Eden Babylon normally is an excellent hotel. At the moment of my stay however, the construction activities just outside the hotel made the noise level unbearable. Also, due to construction works, the taxi could not reach the hotel anymore. As a consequence the taxi, although confirming its arrival, simple did not show up causing me to miss a very important meeting. I am confident however that once the construction activities are finished Eden babylon will return to its previous level of excellence in all areas. The staff deserve a compliment for handling this unusual situation with such grace.
