When we arrived they said they had no rooms left...despite the fact we called to say we would arrive late that morning. Kept waiting for about 15 mins at the reception desk at 23:00 approx or later whilst listening to them try to find rooms elsewhere. No offer of a drink etc. Not what one would expect from a 5 star hotel. Gave us someone else's room in the end. Arrived in the room - someone had used the toilet and not flushed it. Aside from that - breakfast was excellent daily. Breakfast staff very friendly and professional. No complaints. But standard of furnishings not really 5 star....
