Staff at front desk very helpful. Although we arrived early, about 8.30am, our room was available about 1 hour later. We were also given a breakfast discount voucher to use while we were waiting. Breakfast was excellent....

It was a good stay with my children. The only slip is ,that it takes long time to get luggage down and that there is no free shuttle bus to Airport.
