Well, I know that it is not a 5 star hotel so i didnt expect much from it but atleast the place should be clean. And there seems to be no maintenance in the hotel, the bathroom door knob is hanging etc. Whatever the place or the rating of the hotel i strongly feel that the rooms should be clean, neat and tidy..

I was extremely disappoinited in this hotel. It was recommended by both friends and Lonely Planet and the place was a dump! For less than half the cost, we found much better hotels just a few blocks closer to the heart of Thamel. Front desk staff was consistently rude, rooms were small and dark (not at all like in the brochure), bathroom was disgusting. I am only grateful that I only reserved at this place for three days. Had I booked my whole holiday I would have been miserable!!!
