Reception staff absolutely awful, bot helpful and not professional - overcrowded on arrival - Breakfast cold after 9:00 - Air con does not work - room & bathroom dirty (especially carpet) - Water of the swimming pool freezing cold - The worst part is that the hotel is actually very noisy - (door slaming, street traffic, peacocks caged in garden shouting all night long) and isolation is poor - impossible to take a nap during day time - Not worth the money -

The room was awful - we got locked up in the bathroom and the staff was not helpful at all - When we finally changed room, it was dirty and filthy - Would not recommend this hotel to anyone - The breakfast was fine on the first day but terrible the other days we stayed - Definetly worth to pay more money to stay in another hotel !!!
