This Hotel is disgusting. It has a nice look from the outside and the reception area is very deciving also. As you leave the ground level in the lift eveything is down hill from there. The rooms are very old and need updating. The carpets are filthy and full of stains which to me looked like old blood stains. The bed clothes were still on from the people before or they had not be washed very well as they had disgusting stains on them too along with hair. The bathroom stunk of urine and there was no hot water...this also needed updated as the grouting in the tiles are black etc. The swimming pool was so dirty that you couldn't even see the bottom. We asked about it and they said seen nobody had been using it thwey hadn't cleaned it!!!! Well nobody is going to want to use it like that. Overall I would never recommend this hotel to anyone and will never go back. The attitudes of the staff also is very very poor. Not helpfull at all. The rating of this hotel would not be anymore than a 1 star YUCK!!!

the front of the hotel looks good but then you check-in, the facilities were poor ie. the pool was so dirty that you could not see the bottem of it and we were told that it was never ever cleaned as nobody used it, dispite wanting to use it this was made impossible and it was also in a bad state or repair around about it. we had booked a triple room but what we got was a twin room to witch a third bed was then squeezed in after waiting for 6 hour and numerous calls to to reception the bed arrived and was absolutly filthy the replacement mattress which we asked for was marginaly better but probably the best one they had, all in all I wouldn't reccomend this hotel to anyone nor would I say that it deserves the number of stars it claims to have.
