We book a delux room for 3 person, firstly, the room was on the ground floor and small, we couldn't find fom the fire exit guide map for any room that was smaller than ours, so I was doubt about how they classified deluxe and standard room. Secondly, I was really dissatisfied about the service, when we checked in, we have to wait for 35 minutes for the room, then, we were guided by 2 bell boys to our room, of course paid double tips. However, inside the room, we could only found 1 double bed and 1 small sofa. They said that we have to wait for the room service people to arrange the added bed for us. After 10 more minutes' waiting, the room service man then came, open the small sofa, put on a torn mattress, and arrange the added bed, and the end, stayed until we gave him tips. Their intension was clear, however, really gave us a very bad impression, and terrible experience.
