There are a lot of room for improvement. Hotel area is big but less facilities. They should use this extra space to add some facilities in. They should make use of top floor to have bar/lounge /disco/karaoke sauna and G floor to have gift shop, convenient shop,The restaurant is big but again less choice. Their menu is only words, it will be best to add photo of food/dish inside and they should have set lunch or dinner or specialty. all these extra facilities could help restaurant to generate more income. another thing, i just made 1 international call and less than 1 minute but they charge me telephone bill is USD14. eletricity supply is terrible, on and off many times per day and i have to climbed stair from G to 3rd floor and no internet access in the room. the is the poorest point of a hotel. If it compare to hotel of same range from china, Myanmar hotel has a long way to go. The room is poor in the sense that, you can hear people walking outside Myanmar does not have much of night entertainment, thus providing such entertainment in the hotel will definitely add points to the hotel.
