The business center is badly equipped and compared to the other hotels I visited too expensive

Plus points - We had a fantastic view of Mandalay Fort and Hill from our room. Early check-in and late checkout provided (no extra charge). General standard of accommodation and food was good. Convenient location. Minus points - I would expect a hotel of this standard to provide tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms but this was not the case. There was no hot water after about 9 am. There was a recurring bad smell in the bathroom coming from the drains. When we complained, they did something about it - probably a bigger problem relating to sanitation in the area.

Top notch hotel that exceeded my expectations, even when comparing to hotels in other countries. Well worth the money.
