Although my stay at this hotel was brief (just one night), I thoroughly enjoyed the efficient and courteous service of the attentive staff as well as the facilities. The room was very comfortable at a good price and the gardens were beautifully landscaped with a cute swimming pool. I also really appreciated being awakened on time very early in the morning so I could catch the boat to Bagan. I was provided with quick and free transport to get to the boat pier with a healthy boxed breakfast to ensure I had some nourishment. Great service! Very recommendable....

I think that staying at this hotel I deserve a refund as: !. The swimmimg pool was empty so could not use 2. The garden was taken up with men drilling for a well or oil!!!! 3. Hot water for tea making always had to be asked fro 4. Bottled water always had to be asked for I know that the people in Myanmar are under difficulties as far as supplies are concerned BUT if they advertise a facility they should provide it Very disappointed -- a pity as the hotel is lovely and the staff are friendly

Most of the staff is very young and I always see smile in their face. Therefore, I felt very happy when I opened my door.
