I had a bad experience at this hotel: 1) I was supposed to get internet connection in my room (part of hotel rate I paid), but it did not work. They moved me to another room and still did not work, so I ended up going to business centre to use internet connection. 2) While staying in Rabat the taxis were on strike. I had to go to another hotel for an event where I had to make presentation in the morning. When asking the concierge to help me finding a transport there, he simply told me to call the concierge of the other hotel to send their airport shuttle to pick me up - instead of using their own car to transport me as the guest of the hotel!! I had to wait for about 40 minutes to get my transport from the other hotel. 3) I went to the hotel's restaurant to have my dinner, and I was refused to sit in three different tables for the reason they have been booked by group - but no sign and no one was there! I was hungry and tired from the flight and I could not even sit to have my meal. I went to another restaurat at the top of the hotel and I was glad that the waiters allowed me to sit without reservation (this particular restaurant only opens by reservation) and actually treated me as a real guest. The only consolation for me staying in this hotel is that the good location. They may not be that prepared for business travelers

It is a very nice hotel, although the carpet is bit tired in the corners. Some parts look as they could need a bit of refreshment, but in total it is pittoresque, arabian with extraordinary friendly s...
