The main problem of the hotel was the lack of cleanliness in the room. The carpets were not swept for weeks, and the furniture and bathroom are very old. So it is a bit expensive for what you get. The hotel is in the process of renovation and it seems the renovated rooms have improved, with a floor of tile instead of carpets. On the other hand, the situation is excellent, right in downtown, and the building is historical. If they raise the standard of cleanliness, it will be OK.
