If you want to be close to the Medina do not stay here - it is around 20-30 minute walk. I agree with past reviews - ask for poolside view as the other side is noisey as it faces the street and you get all the traffice noise. However only do this if you have requested a double room as we had booked a triple room and they gave us poolside view however it was just a double room with a fold out bed in it when we actuall paid for a triple room!

The amenities were pretty basic but the hotel was clean and comfortable, and the front desk staff was efficient and helpful. The concierge was kind of annoying--she persisted in trying to get me interested in tickets for some entertainment/buffet thing right after I checked in and would hardly let me walk away. I had been travelling for many hours and was only interested in putting my things down and having a shower.

the hotel was well placed for sight seeing. rooms were clean but ask for a room overlooking the pool as the front of the hotel suffers from road noise. the staff on reception were totally unhelpful with any request and seemed to make you wait without reason. on the whole we were pleased with its location and it is good value for money.
