We had a bad time during our stay at this hotel. When we came to the room, two lights were not working, the floor lamp and one bedside lamp. We requested the bell boy who brought the luggage to see to it. Nothing happened for the next 1 hour. there was no contact number in the room to call reception or housekeeping. We went down and reported the problem again...only then the technician was sent to repair the problem. We then went for dinner, but on our return found that the floor lamp was still not working! When we called the reception again, the bell boy came and asked us to change rooms, because the lamp could not br repaired. We had to repack to go to another room, which was a real hassle. In the other room we found later that there were no towels. Calling the reception again produced no results! We finally got the towels after a second phone call after 1 hour! It was a bad experience, moreso because we were tired after a long train journey, and wanted to relax without any such hassles.
