Everything worked well, the Internet access, valet parking (quite fast and friendly staff), good location (lots of restaurants, centrally located in mexico city). Phone worked and calls not too expensive. Front desk staff always very friendly. No price gimmicks, everything works, location, friendly staff. good internet via cable.

We were nervous about our safety in Mexico City. The Royal Hotel eased our fears and provided many excellent services. The surrounding area was very accomodating with many restraunts and the Reforma was busy with many activities to participate in on Sunday. I would definiately stay here again. The only proplem was the pool isvery small and cold.
