The breakfast was rather boring, poor and one-kind-of, often just skipped it during my stay of 10 days. The room service was odd, as shower gel and a bar of soap was available only upon my arrival but the stock of these items was NEVER replenished. The indoor pool was not in operations, it was not possible to get towels at the pool located on the top floor, although the signs given by the hotel sugested so. I would rank the hotel as 2 star hotel instead of 4 star. The air in the rooms was rather stiff and unpleasant.

2 days waiting to be changed the mattress, that was terrible, is extremely unforgivable for a four stars hotel!
The room is, in my opinion, a two star standard.
Good the breakfast and also the dinnar is good for only 10.50 euro.

This hotel was best described as Faulty Towers. It was dark, rooms very small and dismal. The dust level under the bed at the end of the fourth day was unhealthy. This was still not cleaned at the end of day seven. Female receptionist was curt and unfriendly. I would not recommend this hotel to any of my friends. This hotel does not live up to the standard one would expect from a 4* Hotel where cleanliness should be on top of the list.
