First night we were put in a shabby twin room when we'd booked a double and the bathroom was tiny and dirty. I could have cried it was so horrible! We complained immediately but as we didn't arrive till 9.30pm they couldn't change the room and said that they we're fully booked for the entire week. As the staff changed for the night shift we complained again but they kept saying they were full. Had the worst nights sleep woke up stiff and tired, as the beds were solid - you could feel the wooden base throught the mattress. However In the morning they managed to find another room with a double bed which was SSSOOOO much nicer although you could feel the odd spring in the bed. The staff were lovely just a shame about the poor room at the beginning. We were looking forward to the pool as the terrace was nice but the pool wasn't even filled as they said it was the off season. Sadly we did chose this hotel due to its location which was perfect but the pool was also a deciding factor so we were dissappointed with this. Never made it to breakfast as it finished at 9.30am but it looked decent enough on the menu. If you want a hotel thats close to the action then it's nice but without the pool and thin matteresses its not a place to spend much time.
