Very good hotel, friendly stuff, excellent choice of food and coctails. Rooms are comfortable and clean (cleanings are twice per day). Reef is quite good, lots of fishes, some turtles, morays, small reef sharks, good corals, etc. The beach is clean and not crowded at all (were there in July), lagoon side is much better than reef side (in some spots on reef side sand is washed out and the beach is strengthened with bags of sand - looks not good). Very good hotel, friendly stuff, excellent choice of food and coctails. Rooms are comfortable and clean (cleanings are twice per day). Reef is quite good, lots of fishes, some turtles, morays, small reef sharks, good corals, etc. The beach is clean and not crowded at all (were there in July), lagoon side is much better than reef side (in some spots on reef side sand is washed out and the beach is strengthened with bags of sand - looks not good). Pretty much different activities - big fishing game, night fishing, a lot of different snorkelling (better take full day snorkelling, short ones are not so interesting), robinson cruise (uninhabited island for only two people with a very interesting reef for snorkelling), etc. Good diving center, but we didn't use it, because without sertificate it is quite expensive. Went for a big fishing game twice - if you are lucky, then it is worth going more than one time (cught a tune, some barracudas and almost cought quite big blue marlin - unfortunately it is gone almost from the boat). SPA: massage is very good, pedicure is awful. Gym is very small, but there are a lot of other things to do. Weather in July 2008 was not very good, 5 days out of 13 it was raining, so if you are going to Maldives during rain season then you'd better preapre for it - take dvd player or a laptop with you (swimming or snorkelling is forbidden while it is raining). Overall impression - very good, would recommend this hotel for everybody (family vacation honeymooners and others will find everithing they desire).

The information guide told us how much we should give servicepeople and tourpeople in tips. He did that to more than us. It was already in the arrivalinformation and even later. Tips shall be something you give from yor heart and not included.

We love the Jazzicu water villa which is excellent in decoration, location and seaview. Good food of breakfast and dinner buffet. The activities such as discover scuba, night fishing, dolphin cruise, waterski provided are exciting, stuff very friendly and helpful. We live in room 419, facing north, great seaview and private. All stuffs except the front desk are friendly. far away from Male and other islands, direct flight of seaplane. earplug is not provided during the flight.
most activities need min 6 pax to go which might not be possible during non-peak period. swimming pool is quite small but the snorkeling area around the resort is wide. We love this peaceful island ^^
As a 4 stars resort, it worth what I paid. We'd like to recommend this peaceful island to our friends.
