Way over-rated. Rooms show their age. Facilities were at best "average". Food and choices below par for a 5 star establishment. To be candid I will never stay in another Taj establishment again! I thought the Hilton was leaps and bounds better.

The facilities were old and in need of renovation. The food at the standard restaurant (ie the open buffet) could be better and the service could be more refined. However, the staff was friendly and helpful.
