Ellen from Australia recently stayed in a Superior beach bungalow for 2 days.
Absolutely terrible. Everything about this place was dreadful from the transfers being 2 hours late, slow and rude service, dilapidated accommodation, dirty beach and tasteless food. Avoid if you can!

The hotel has so much potential and is a beautiful property but the service is appauling. It is all a big scam. They charge 5 dollars for water bottles and provide no complimentary items. You even have to pay to use the gym! The people who work here, especially the management are rude and have no training in customer service. I would never stay here again and would NOT recommend it to anyone who wants to have a relaxing vacation. The room was furnished pretty badly and the bathroom was full of ants. The food was okay. the only place that was really good was the italian restarant on the dock. the rest of the food is simply mediocre. The pool is tiny for 600 guests. There are few seats and too little space to be relaxing.

Ahmed from Pakistan stayed in a Super deluxe for 4 days.
well the super deluxe rooms are very ordinarily furnished with a cane bed in it. paradise is a 5 star resort - the rooms furniture should be upgraded. a super deluxe room's furniture shold be better than wht paradise had, the cutrains were old fashioned. the bathroom was nicely equipped. the italian resturrant is excellent. has a variety of food outlets... though i did notice one thing tht for the buffet both for breakfast and dinner the same things were there everyday for dinner and breakfast they should change or add a fre more things for brekfast.
the resort was clean at all times...the house keepin was every effecient and friendly. though at night it would become boring as the Karoke thing they had no body was interested in it.. the swimming pool was beautiful thougg i think the timings of the pool sould be till at leat 8.00 at night rather than ebign 6.00 in the evening. the public areas were excellent though like i said before the gardens were unkept and jungle type. didnt take too long to get to the resort by speed boat. transport was available whenever required, well i guess i f u charge 77$ per person it has to be excellent.
This is the most important month in the holy Islamic calendar and a time for fasting. Visitors will notice that daytime activity comes to a halt during this period as Muslims fast from dawn to dusk.

Eid Al Fitr
Eid Al Fitr is a three-day celebration following Ramadan. It is a festive family time during which Muslims do not fast, in fact, it is a time for feasting. The first day of Eid begins before dawn. Muslims gather in large outdoor areas for the first prayer of the day. Returning home from prayer, Muslims spend the day greeting friends and family. Homes are busy with visitors arriving throughout the day. Sweets, fruits, and snacks are offered to all and gifts are often given to children.
Events celebrated in Oman are generally Muslim festivals and feasts. Exact dates change from year to year according to the Islamic lunar calendar. The following events are public holidays, and move forward by approximately 11 days each year.
