Terrible low service level! The meals and service in the restaurant was absolutely OK, but the reception desk personal was absolutely of minimum standard ("kindly put") Paying 166$ for 2pers. speedboat airp.isl-Giravaru-airp. (totally 30 min) we did expect to be picked up on requested time, and leave the island when we very clearly explained was necessairy...
We had totally a three hours of frustration in waiting at the airport and later in the very hot hotel lobby etc .

when we arrive first day the manager said that they do not have room,but we already paid the room rate, how come they don't have room!!!
the first day we were stay in a staff room!!no hot water no teeth brash, and we can not take shower!!! the hotel is awful!
the service in the hotel is awful,and the bath room is not clean!smell bad.
pls do not to book this hotel.

You quote the resort as a 4 star on your webite but according to hotel staff it is only a 3 star. The room was fine but the bathroom not acceptable. There was black mould all round the top of the bath. I have a photo of this. The food was not up to 4 star standard. Therefore you have wrongly advertised it on your website, and it was definitely over-priced.
