Rated #7 for all Terengganu hotels
Primula hotel is well located and has nice beach and the facilities is excellent. Very friendly staff and food is great. The only down side in this hotel is the old furniture but who cares this is the best hotel in kaula terengganue. i really enjoyed my stay and highly recommend this hotel. The only downside is the old furniture at room, otherwise everything is excellent. Nice swimming pool and beautiful beach. All in all is wonderful hotel. Facing the beach and not far from town . infact it is in the middle of town. ...

We made a big mistake staying at this hotel. Somehow I was misled to believe you could go to the beach and swim in the sea. Booked for 4 nights left after 2 when we were able to make other arrangements. It has a beach but no one goes out. It is too dirty. Only good for taking pictures. My daughter ( teenager ) was very uncomfortable swimming in the small pool. Many arab boys and covered up women. The hotel clientele is mostly the local population. Better to book a trip to the islands where you can swim and relax with freedom.
