hotel is at dreamlocation, but in urgent need of better management and fresh ideas. "semi-suites" are actually just small rooms (a semi-suite as standard is a bedroom with a, often small, sitting area, this was just a room; nothing wrong with that, but don't call it a semi suite.
breakfastbuffet was very poor, one day it was totally empty: no bread, juice, eggs, coldcuts, NOTHING. outdoor area at bar looked like prison R&R facility: welded picknick benches, just five small umbrella's (all different, promotional type), concrete floor. pool was out of order, no hot or warm water in bathroom for two days in a row, rooms dirty. free advise to the management: double the size of the rooms by halving the number, get a cleaner and buy new outdoorfurniture and some new umbrellas to make it look more tropical!! giving the location you could easily double (or more) the price, thus earning back your investment!

Our first and last stay. Maybe it was a good hotel 20 years ago, but since there no more maintenance in the bungalows and the garden area. The best was the beach.

The room ceiling was leaking during the nite when it rains.
The reception did not give wake up call as requested.
The housekeeping services were poor/ slow and need constant reminder.
The hotel manager was no way to be found for the past 2 days.

As it was near the end of the season (although nobody informed me about this prior to departure) and the beginning of Ramadan, the resort's staff didn't seem to be very interested in providing good customer service. I was not greeted on arrival, and was not given any information about the resort's facilities. I was not shown to my room and had to carry my suitcase myself. I had to ask for everything, and requests for help/information were treated on a 'one question, one answer basis'..they were not very forthcoming. The prevailing attitude seemed to be 'We don't care about you'.The resort was not very clean, and had an air of neglect about it The mini fridge in my room was not working properly, and there were several lightbulbs which didn't work.

There was only a toaster for all the guests to grill the toasts. The service on the terrace of the hotel it was chaotic they missed the list of the menu's and they always applied 15% of service to every meal therefore very expensive to eat to the resort.
The safety deposit box was not available for every guest therefore was necessary to wait for the departure of the guests .They didn't have adapters for the electric tide therefore we had to put in short circuit the electric plant to use the electric razor.The cleaning of the bungalow was not effective.The bungalow " Deluxe " from you photographed and signalled on your situated web it didn't correspond to how much gave owed ,we have to protest and to let change it
