Big room and spacious but a bit old in wall painting.Good swimming pools and fitness room.Playing bowling is also a good entertainment.Spent quite a lot of time in check in.Wide choice in breakfast.Bedsheets changed every day.A bit far (walking) from KTM stations.Big room and spacious but a bit old in wall painting....

Despite being an old hotel the management managed to upkeep the rooms and facilities well. Although the height of the bed could be improved as it was a little old. The rooms are clean and the size of the room is very big. If someone is looking for a private, quiet and nice stay this would be the place to be.

Size of room and bathroom is generous and a pleasure to be living in. The furnishing like carpets, wall paper and reception service however, are completely different. I spent a good 30 minutes checking in with only 1 person in front of me in the line. Staff were unbelievably inefficient and the manager at the reception was not helpful at all too, basically repeating what her staff said and not offering any help to the guests behind the line to speed things up.
Other than this frustrating first encounter at the reception, the stay was pleasant and uneventful. I recommend this hotel but with a note for the guests to be patient with the staff. Guests should not expect to get zippy services. Guests should also be aware that the hotel is rather old and run down with worn carpets and peeling wall papers. Cleanliness wise, room and bathroom are clean and they do provide clean towels and bedsheets. I enjoyed the breakfast provided too!
