Centrally located to shopping centrers, riverside and main attractions. Outstanding breakfast - hardly to improve. Very clean and well serviced. Very friendly staff, especially to our 2 & 7 year old kids. As a guest of the Holiday Inn in Kuching you can use a shuttle bus to their branch hotels at Damai Beach & Lagoon and use their facilities there if you want to have a nice brake at the beach. We would fefinately go their again. The deluxe room with a king size bed was not available and we were upgrade to a suite - which was fantastic. Babybed o small, very thin mattress.

great hotel - location was fantastic next to shops and restaurants (I recommend Top Spot nearby - which is help yourself to choose what seafood, meat and veggies you want and they will cook it all for you for very cheap!). Staff very helpful and friendly - do justa daytrip to BAKO as it is a bit too much for most people otherwise for a rainforest. Also def go to the oranguatangs nearby at Semengoggh - you will not be disappointed. All in all a great stay. Breakfast good selection too.

The hotel location and room was ok. Their internet charge was quite expensive at $18 for 24 hours. Buffet breakfast had a good variety of choices. Spaceous room and bed. But the room is a bit old. Accessible to restaurants and shops. 30 mins away from the airport. Taxis are available

Excellent reception service. When I checked into my room, I noticed that I was not given a smoking room as requested. Called reception and a Mr Albert responded. Within 15th minutes I was given a smoking room with an excellent view. Thank You Albert for your prompt response. clean room and well decorated.
Suggestion: The Hotel should prepare a welcome drink for all guests without being asked. I was not given any. Nevertheless I am still happy with the Hotel's service and will recommend it to others. Once again thank you Albert.
Great buffet breakfast! Great river view. Amenities within reach esp for tourists of my age. Shuttle service to Damai punctual.

The twin room (double queen sized bed) was spacious and comfortable but the single queen-sized bedroom was quite small. There were many ants on the dressing table and walls in 2 of the rooms that we stayed. Location and breakfast were good though!

This hotel is well placed in the business district of Kuching and faces onto the Sarawak river. Poolside overlooks the river.
The rooms are comfortable, air-conditioning systems as in most hotels are a bit noisy, but worked well. The deluxe rooms have combined shower bath facility. Our room was clean and serviced each day. Beds are firm and comfortable.

Internet access from rooms at reasonable cost (20 R/ hour).
The buffet breakfast is well presented and serving staff are courteous and attentive. Buffet breakfast provides for most tastes, but the venue is small and crowded at peak times.
The hotel is adjacent to three larger shopping plazas and in easy walking distance to Chinese food eating houses, souvenir stores and primary produce markets. A short taxi ride gets you to the weekend market (recommended experience).
A shuttle service operates from this hotel to Damai Beach Holiday Inn (20 R for a return trip) and a discount applies if you combine a visit to the Cultural Village at Damai Beach (recommended).
As far as city hotels go, I can recommend this hotel as a place to stay while you enjoy the Kuching sights and tourist venues.
Central to Kuching business district. Good access to eateries and shoping.
Very attentive and helpful staff. Well maintained pool. Changing and toilet facilities let the pool facility down.
