Shuttle service - On 6th March 2009 at about 2130 hours the driver forget to take us back from the shopping centre as arranged and in the end we had to wait for 1 hour and had to take a cab costing us 25 RM. The mananger aplogized and offered us a complimentary breakfast but that invitation only came at 0945 hours after we had our breakfast outside. He should offered us on the night itself.
Our request for late check-out turned down twice without giving any reasons. They should at least consider case by case or give reasons so the the quest will not be annoyed although the management has the right.

The room was very spacious with a view of the sea and beach. Good place to stay and relax from city life. Need transport to the city for shopping.

This is not top of the line - some of the furniture cushions were stained - decorations dated. But it could be a lot worse. Hotel still had some construction. Not much food in hotel room service. Some facilities issues (water pressure and temperature variations). Nice pools behind hotel - average excersize room. Nice tropical scenery behind hotel. Not close to the major shopping areas, nor good restaurants. Near beach, but beach was less than desireable.
