We are a familly with 3 small children and we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel (5 days).
It was probably the best hotel we stayed at during our holiday (best breakfast for sure)... and it was also one of the cheapest!
The room was big, nice and clean, with a view on the waterfront and the river.
The breakfast buffet was excellent and they set-up a corner where kids can eat and play just outside the main restaurants.
We also ate dinners, lunch and some room service at the hotel and the food was always very good.

We really liked the location and the terrific service, but had some problems with the hot water in the shower. In fact, calling it 'hot' might be an exaggeration.
The breakfast buffet was very good - we particularly liked the drinks on offer.
The room was very pleasant and the bed comfortable. The tv stations were, however, a bit limited and there was a nasty buzz on ESPN. Not a great view!
We didn't use the pool, but it looked fine. We used the tennis court, which was fine, and looked at the gym which also looked fine, but quite busy! From the front desk to the porters to the waiters and waitresses, we were very impressed by the very friendly and helpful service. Good food, nice variety. We only had breakfast though!

The Hilton is situated in a central area of Kuching close to the new and old districts. The rooms are very average with small bathrooms - make sure you get a room with a view of the river which is fantastic. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Hotel Travel are always good

Aweaome location, professional but friendly staff and amazing breakfast spread were the clinchers. On the down side, the infant cot that was provided was almost broken and with that cot, there was literally no walking space in the room.
Room size was a little small for a family ofi 2 adults, 1 child and 1 infant (a similar room at holiday inn, damai beach was twice the size).Hotel both business and recreation facilities were there. river facing rooms are amazing. Very close to shopping area and central point. Food and beverage average, can have more restaurant options

The Hilton Kuching had a wonderful view of the river from out hotel room. The room was clean and well appointed for Malaysian hotels. We enjoyed our stay and would return.
