We absolutely loved this hotel and can highly recommend it .we travelled with our two kids aged 3 and 8 and found the rooms to be very spacious. Our room had two double beds and a baby cot and it did not feel crowded. We loved the views from the full length windows. For a hotel room with carpets this room did not have a stale smell and was very well cleaned everyday of our stay. Staff was extremely friendly and always went out of their way to speak to us. Being muslim this hotel was halal certified which was an added bonus. Having breakfast was a huge delight. The area was never crowded and st...

Food was of a high standard and beautifully presented. I cannot wait to return to this hotel. Thank you to all staff for a lovely stay.

i am most disappointed with your reception staff.my wife had accidently taken a bar of chocolate from your cooler thinking that ihave purchase it. your staff charge me rm6.30 for it. after i found it out put it back and explain it to the reception staff as i wanted to check out they ask me to wait to check it out .after waiting for quite some time they said that the hotel policy is after charging an item there is no refund.if there is no refund why ask me to wait while they check it out.it is not the money its the attitude of the staff.just because i look ordinary they dont show any respect.they must have thought that i was a cheat that is way they ask me to wait to check it out knowing the no refund policy that i dought. it makes me late to the airport and spoiled my holiday and day. it is not becouse of rm6.30

my room was at the back, facing other buildings:not a pretty sight. The rooms that were supposed to face the riverfront was blocked by a huge condo complex,so there is really no views. The decor was out of date, but acceptable.I later found out i was grossly overcharged by the taxi i used from the botel to the airport (the bellboy called for the taxi).i wouldn't stay here again.i see the Hilton faces the riverfront, unobstruted and the Holiday Inn nearby seems a much better option.
my room faces the back ,which are other buildings.the rooms facing the waterfront is blocked by a condo complex. The hotel was functioning on minimal staff as mosr were on the long weekend holiday for 'gawai' or harvest festival. So waiting time for luggage to be collected, or dishes outside the rooms was hours!
It is near the waterfront, but the condo block mars the view. transport is easily available but the taxi i used from the hotel overcharged me. The breakast buffet was ok.
