Robert Glover, Australia "There is nothing standard about this Hotel, absolutely stunning bedrooms and bathrooms - staff beyond compare and a hotel that has the true meaning of 5 star - however good the facilities are and they are many the one thing that stands out at all times is the staff, they were absoultely brilliant. I stay in hotels frequently in SE Asia, Afrida and Mid-east and it is hard to impress me, this visit was way beyond my expectations. Lovely grounds and pools, with plenty of sunbeds to choose from. Good choice of restaurants - massive choice at breakfast buffet. Well worth a trip to sister hotel Rasa Ria which has a fabulous beach and orangutan sanctuary- courtesy bus runs regularly. Good size rooms with big bathroom and nice furniture on balconies.
