Excellent rooms. Spacious and very cool bathroom. Breakfast is boring, but hotel location is wonderful. Walking distance to Jesselton Jetty, night markets, and many malls.

Great ocean views, great food outlets, good central location. Load disco music till wee hours.

Very noisy. Generators and air conditioner compressors were extremely noisy.

We had an impressive experience for the 3-day stay. The room is spacious particular for those of top floor with high roof. The panorama seaview and high-qualty breakfast buffet surely deserve the fare as well.

I was totally amazed at the service, comfortability and excellence of this hotel! I left for the airport at 3:30am, and room service brought me a delicious breakfast at 3:00am! The 13th floor lounge and internet access for guests was superb! The complimentary food was delicious, as well as the complimentary wine. I couldn't be MORE PLEASED with my stay at the Hyatt Regency Kota Kinabalu. I would highly recommend this hotel to my colleagues and friends.

Good value hotel,good breakfasts and service.Restaurant closes quite early if your on a late check in.Nice atrium and the free internet in the regency suite was very useful.Better choice of restaurants on the waterfront near the Meridien.

we had a great stay.me and children busy with pool and the women went shopping at the filipino market. breakfast was great with plenty of variety. but we did have to ask for cutleries few times as the table wasnt properly prepared. otherwise, very nice surrounding and perfect location.

My stay was very short in the hotel as i was occupied with outdoor activity. Overall the hotel was comfortable and presentable. However, for the rate i paid, i expected a little more.

This hotel is in a fantastic central location with a large clean well equiped room which is good value booked through this site but the walk in rates are expensive if you need to extend your stay. The breakfast buffet is excellent and there is also a good lively Irish theme bar. The hotel provide a good free secure luggage store service should you be staying away on overnight tours.

its well worth paying a little extra for an ocean side room, the views across the straights and the sunsets are spectacular

Great location and nice wiew if the room is facing the sea. Pleasantly surprised with excellent room standard. They even gave me access to an empty room for an evening shower well after check-out before my midnight flight!
