I stayed the hotel for 1 night. Service is excellent, staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is located at the mid point of a hill, surrounded by trees, it is so great to be waked by the sound of birds; At least the price is reasonable....

Completely overpriced. Even talked to the manager to quit the hotel because conditions on rooms were miserable. People were nice, but for the same price, I could almost stay in 4 star or 5 star hotel....I checked their rates!

The location is far from public transport but the scenery very suitable for honeymoon. The break out area at the pool is limited & no safeguards. Please upgrade the landscape & change the receiption area to cheerful colour & also please provide inhouse playground & sourvinier shop. All Furniture & equipments especially rooms have to upgrade/change. Food & Beverage is good. Thank you.

I like most the cleanliness of the room and the friendly and courteous staff. The gym and sauna is pathetic, lose interest in using them after just a look at them. They are still subscribing to Vision 4 TV which provides bad programs. It is a waste of money. High time to switch to satellite TV. One queer thing is that u have to ask for it before they give u the TV remote control.

We booked and payed a twin deluxe room, but the hotel does not have twin deluxe, so we had to change to a superior room to get two beds. Now deluxe is not luxurious and superior is old and shabby.
The hotel was not prepared to pay us back the difference in price between deluxe and superior, so consequently we shall never stay there again.

The hotel has changed alot in the interior and facilities compared to my first visit to Sabah at Berjaya Palace and that was December 2003. Keep it up, you had improved and I believe you continue to improve to be the best and value for money at all time. :)
