There was some problem when I checked in, I was told that payment was not made though I had given my Visa detail when I booked for the rooms thro' HotelTravel.com and the voucher stated that payment was payable by Asian Trails (M) Sdn. Bhd.
The breakfast was good. I would like to check-in to Excelsior Hotel again the next time I visit Ipoh again. It's at a very convenient location.
