Although the tower wing of the hotel is quite old now it still provides the basic requirements needed and is excellent value for money. Idealy situated and past custom was recognised by an excellent room on the 20th floor....

The service of the staff makes this hotel-extremely friendly and compliant- location excellent -Good buffet breakfast - Swimmingpool well supervised - hotel lobby will be upgraded soon - Unfortunately traffic noise was heavy especially on the w/end- fortunately we have earplugs - overall a pleasant stay. Upon checking in, I am given an upgraded room with sea view instead of the original hillview room. It's great! Thanks to the checking-in staff who attended to me.
The only thing that I do not like is the breakfast. The varieties are few & not appetizing. Should improve on it. Overall the stay is enjoyable & staffs are nice and helpful.

The hotel is run down and is in need of a clean up. It is not very handicapped friendly, with only one ramp to get in tothe hotel. That ramp was blocked the whole weekend due to the fack the hotel does not have a lot of parking. Also the pool and the restaurant are located acroos the street in the oter wing of the hotel and it was not very save crossing the street with a wheel chair. They have a skywalk but not accessible for handicappeople. I will not be staying here again.

An older hotel which still provides good value for money. Very quiet rooms with some good views. Replacement of bathroom towelling some times hit and miss due to laundry services. An excellent swimming pool with beach access and friendly pool attendents.

Good service although Front Desk and Housekeeping during check in times could be slightly more efficient. Upon checking I had to wait 1/2 for my room to be ready. Other than this, I have no complaints. The friendliness of the staff made it a very pleasant stay. Although it was only a 3 day visit, I would most probably return back to Holiday Inn Hotel.
